One of these days, Michael De Nola will perform using his native California accent. After moving to NYC in '96 as a jazz saxophonist, he fell into acting and still can't get up. He has been an Albanian drug lord on Law & Order, an Israeli jeweler on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, a Serbian professor in the soon-to-be-released feature Pussyfoot, a Hasid in the upcoming feature The Narrows, a Brooklyn thug, an Iranian physicist, a drunk...The one thing he will probably never play is an Italian Jew from San Francisco.
